Einführung
The Senior PSP Assistant (F2F) position in Dubai with UNHCR's Private Sector Partnership Service involves managing the program for face-to-face fundraising frontliners in the Individual Giving team. The role focuses on HR and admin policies to support the expanding team of fundraisers. Responsibilities include recruitment, onboarding, performance evaluation, payroll management, personnel records, conflict resolution, training coordination, and compliance with UNHCR regulations and UAE labor laws. The position also involves liaising with internal and external entities, managing staff welfare, and supporting field visits for team well-being.
Aufgaben
- Lead and facilitate the hiring process for new F2F staff
- Onboard new candidates with legal paperwork
- Monitor and evaluate recruiting agency performance
- Generate and track recruitment reports
- Prepare fundraiser payroll and benefits
- Track performance and leaves of fundraisers
- Ensure staff compliance with UNHCR regulations
- Manage personnel records and attendance
- Develop and manage HR policies
- Assess training needs and coordinate initiatives
- Manage employees' grievances
- Support UNHCR medical insurance plan
- Maintain liaison with support sections at headquarters
- Participate in field visits for team well-being
- Perform other duties as required
Voraussetzungen
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management/Administration, Law, or related fields
- Minimum 2 years of relevant HR experience
- Familiarity with UAE labor laws
- Experience with the UN system
- Fluency in English
- Analytical thinking skills
- Training and knowledge sharing experience
- Conflict resolution and mediation skills
- Knowledge of UNHCR admin and financial rules
- Good organization and communication skills
