The company candi is seeking a Senior Asset Acquisition/Open Access Structurer to lead the revolution of solar energy in Asia and Africa. The role involves managing asset acquisition transactions, analyzing financial and legal aspects, and developing strategies for accessing more leads. The ideal candidate should have experience in M&A, financial structuring, and solar projects in India, along with strong financial modeling and negotiation skills. They should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and possess a self-starting entrepreneurial spirit.
Aufgaben
- Managing asset and/or SPV acquisition transactions
- Transaction management of Open Access or utility scale deals in India
- Performing financial, structuring, and legal analysis on target deals
- Helping to define and execute a strategy for accessing more asset acquisitions leads
- Reviewing and negotiating legal documentation with external parties
- Developing processes and tools for asset/portfolio acquisition activities
Voraussetzungen
- 10+ years of relevant experience in M&A/financial structuring
- Experience in structuring captive/group captive open access, utility scale, or rooftop solar projects in India
- Proficiency in financial modeling and Excel
- Solid understanding of financial risks
- Experience with legal documentation and negotiation
- Ability to coordinate and interact with various stakeholders
- Track record of thriving in a fast-paced environment
- Entrepreneurial spirit
- Comfortable with digital tools and remote work
- Fluency in English, additional languages are a plus
- Degree in finance, business, law, or related field
