The role involves working on propulsion and flight controls projects, creating detailed FE models, and supporting test campaigns for certification purposes. The ideal candidate will have a background in aerospace or mechanical engineering, 8+ years of experience in structural analysis, and proficiency in FE code OptiStruct. Fluency in English is required, with German language skills considered beneficial. Aufgaben
- Perform FE modelling for structural analysis of propulsion structures components
- Correlate model with dynamic test data for certification purposes
- Support test campaigns to validate stress analysis tools and methods
- Create and validate detailed FE models of complete propulsion systems
- Prepare technical reports and documentation
Voraussetzungen
- Engineering degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
- 8+ years of professional experience in structural analysis for aerospace engines, turbomachinery, or electric engines
- Experience with OptiStruct and HyperMesh/HyperView
- Knowledge of vibration analysis and aviation vibration standards
- Familiarity with ISO standards and analysis validation methods
- Strong problem-solving skills and self-reliance
- Fluent in English, German or other languages is a plus
