Einführung
Watershed is a software platform focused on running a world-class climate program, measuring success through carbon reduction achievements of customers. They are seeking team members passionate about product-building and mission-oriented work in a growing team culture. The current open role is for a Marketplace managed decarbonization service, involving operations and program management.
Aufgaben
- Manage Marketplace purchases from contract generation to customer fulfillment
- Track project development progress & customer deliveries
- Prepare Marketplace sales contracts in collaboration with Legal
- Track invoice requests and payments statuses for customers, suppliers, and external Advisors in collaboration with Finance
- Provide post-sales support to Customer Success teams
- Communicate project updates to customers
- Build operational infrastructure for long-term programs
- Identify and implement processes to improve and scale Marketplace operations
- Support Marketplace generally, including seasonal projects
- Create company-wide collateral on Marketplace services
Voraussetzungen
- 1-3+ years of related experience in operations and/or program management
- Ability to learn quickly and operate well in fast-paced environments
- Organized, systematic, and efficient
- Meticulous and detail-obsessed
- Excellent verbal and written communicator
- Team player with proven track record of working well across teams and with external partners
- Passionate about solving climate change
- Working knowledge of Salesforce or Ironclad is a plus
- Experience communicating with senior leaders at corporations
- Previous experience at a fast-growing startup or high-energy work environment
