- Design and execute talent acquisition strategies
- Provide guidance on selection processes and hiring decisions
- Deliver performance and status reporting to HR and Line Managers
- Develop communication strategies for open searches
- Utilize innovative recruitment methods
- Consult on recruitment processes and systems
- Lead talent acquisition efforts for functional clients
- Facilitate recruiting strategy discussions
- Consult on diversity recruitment goals
- Provide counsel throughout the acquisition process
- Identify recruitment challenges and provide solutions
- Engage in visa processes when necessary
- Analyze and report recruitment results
Voraussetzungen
- Bachelor's degree and 5 years of professional recruitment experience
- Ability to be onsite 2 days a week
- Experience in medical, life sciences, bio-tech, pharma, or related industries
- Certifications in AIRS, DDI, or Lominger desired
- Experience with applicant tracking systems
- Experience in diverse recruiting methodologies
- Strong business acumen
- Experience with digital and IT technologies
