Einführung

Aufgaben
- Stay abreast of legal, political, security, and other developments impacting protection environment
- Provide counseling and respond to queries from asylum seekers and refugees
- Maintain accurate records and data on individual cases
- Conduct research on country of origin information (COI) and maintain relevant information repository
- Assist in monitoring RSD trends and compiling statistics
- Advocate for fair and efficient RSD procedures with Government authorities and legal partners
- Draft correspondence and reports related to RSD activities
- Refer individual cases to other units for follow-up
- Counsel asylum-seekers on negative RSD decisions
- Identify and manage risks impacting objectives
- Perform other related duties as required
Voraussetzungen
- 3 years relevant experience with High School Diploma or 2 years relevant work experience with Bachelor's degree
- Certificates in Social Work, HCR RSD Learning Programme, HCR Country of Origin Information Learning Programme
