Einführung
The Associate Digital Analytics Officer position at UNHCR involves working with the Data and Analytics function in the Supporter Engagement Section to support fundraising activities using tools like Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and BigQuery. The role includes creating and implementing data conventions, developing dashboards and reports, advising on data-driven strategies, and collaborating with global teams for digital analytics.
Aufgaben
- Implement global standardized data conventions for web and app measurement
- Create dashboards and reports in Google Analytics and other tools
- Work with teams to bring value from data and insights
- Promote a data-first based strategy
- Translate stakeholder questions into KPIs and metrics
- Guide and monitor digital campaign colleagues' usage of digital marketing naming conventions
- Develop and maintain naming conventions within Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager
- Support Data Quality Officer in identifying and responding to data discrepancies
- Monitor external trends impacting web/app measurement and incorporate into measurement setup
Voraussetzungen
- University degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Business Administration, or Marketing
- 3 years of relevant experience with a bachelor’s degree or 2 years with a master’s degree
- Experience with Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Google Cloud BigQuery, SQL, and Google Search Console
- Familiarity with HTML and CSS
- Strong analytical mindset and communication skills
- Fluency in English, knowledge of another UN language desirable
