Einführung
Malteser International is seeking a motivated Country Representative & Partner Program Coordinator for their operations in Bangladesh. The role involves representing Malteser International in Bangladesh, supervising project teams, and supporting partner organizations in line with donor and MI regulations. The responsibilities include providing guidance to partner organizations, managing MI offices, ensuring legal and administrative requirements, developing staff rules, and working on country strategy. The ideal candidate should have an academic degree, minimum 10 years of experience in humanitarian assistance and development programs, experience in administration and finance, fluency in English, and the ability to travel frequently. The position is full-time based in Cox's Bazar with travels to Dhaka and project locations, with a contract duration until 31.12.2025.
Aufgaben
- Represent Malteser International in Bangladesh
- Supervise and lead project teams
- Support partner organizations in project planning and implementation
- Manage MI's offices in Cox's Bazar and Dhaka
- Develop and update National Staff Rules and Regulations
- Work on the profiling and strategic development of Country Strategy
Voraussetzungen
- Academic degree in a related field
- Minimum 10 years of experience in senior management in humanitarian assistance and/or development programs
- Experience in administration, accounting, finance, and health-related projects
- Experience with GFFO and BMZ-PT funded projects
- Fluency in English, German, and Bangla
