Einführung
UNHCR, the UN Refugee Agency, is offering a full-time internship for a Registration Assistant position in Irbid, Jordan. The intern will support activities related to registration, reception, and filing, responding to queries from asylum seekers and refugees. The role involves data entry, communication with protection staff, and providing interpretation services. The intern will gain knowledge of UNHCR corporate tools and processes.
Aufgaben
- Respond to queries from asylum seekers and refugees regarding registration procedures
- Identify persons with specific needs and refer them to the respective unit
- Assist with digitalization process for refugee documents
- Assist with daily registration processing and document distribution
Voraussetzungen
- Recent graduate or current student in a graduate/undergraduate program
- Completed at least two years of undergraduate studies
- IT-Computer Literacy
- Knowledge of English language
