Einführung
The CLC Finance Manager at EIT Food will play a pivotal role in ensuring sound financial management practices, effective reporting and accounting functions. This role entails strong collaboration with internal teams, oversight of financial operations, and the establishment of robust reporting processes.

- Set up, maintain, and produce timely monthly financial reports for management review.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive financial reporting process.
- Lead the preparation of the annual budget.
- Ensure the effective management of multiple grant agreements.
- Maintain a high level of technical accounting knowledge.
- Oversee compliance with grant conditions.
- Lead improvements in the purchasing process.
- Develop requirements for a new ERP system.
- Collaborate extensively with cross-functional teams.
- Lead and manage financial matters independently within the subsidiary.
Voraussetzungen
- Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field or equivalent.
- Solid experience in finance, accounting, and reporting.
- Proficiency in ERP systems, with specific experience in NetSuite preferred.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, tax regulations, and financial standards.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively across functions and levels.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
